The Office for Human Resources will present a one hour webinar on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 from 1:30 – 2:30 PM CST. The webinar NAVIGATING WAGE AND HOUR REGULATIONS is designed to provide guidelines and answer frequently asked questions about compliance with the State and Federal wage and hour laws. Recommended for pastors, parochial administrators, principals, parish business managers and those assisting with payroll administration at the parishes or schools. The webinar will help to define the exempt and non-exempt status, meal periods, recording time worked, paying overtime, comp time, paying anexempt employee working a second non-exempt position, what designates full-time and part-time, the definition of a ministerial employee and more.
