- Education and awareness of the needs and concerns of the Deaf Community
- Opportunities for Eucharistic Liturgy and reception of the Sacraments in American Sign Language
- Promote and provide education of American Sign Language among interested clergy and others
- Opportunities for spiritual formation, retreats, and family days by offering an annual retreat day for adults and a Deaf TEC for youth
- Opportunities for catechist training in religious education for deaf youth and adults
- Sacramental preparation
- Pastoral visiting
