Election & Call

Diocesan Rites of Election and Call to Continuing Conversion are celebrated at the beginning of Lent each year in the Cathedral Church of the Immaculate Conception. These diocesan rites are on the usual first weekend of Lent. The rite on Saturday, 25 February 2012 at 7:00 pm is for nearby parishes within 50 miles of the cathedral church. Sunday, 26 February 2012 at 2:30 pm is for parishes beyond the 50 miles range. Preparation materials were mailed on 27 December 2011 to the parish Catechumenate/RCIA Coordinator of record.
