The Federation of Diocesan Liturgical Commissions (FDLC) is a national organization for diocesan offices and commissions that collaborates with the USCCB Committee for Divine Worship and holds its annual meeting in October. The FDLC publishes a few books and many handouts series an all aspects of worship and liturgy. You can view their complete catalog on their website web site.
The active member dioceses of FDLC Region 7 began collaborating in 2003 and continue to do so with training and formation materials on the Roman Missal, third edition. These three tabs will connect the user to formation material for Parish Staff, for Liturgical Musicians, and for the Laity. Each contains a manual with several appendices to support the manual. They are posted as MS WORD documents, and not as PDFs, to make it as easy as possible for the local parish or agency to adapt the material as needed and desired.
All of this material conforms to the latest English translation for the Order of Mass of August 2010 approved the by Apostolic See. It is copyright by FDLC Region 7 and may be used and adapted within the Diocese of Springfield in Illinois without additional copyright permission or fee.
The Participating Dioceses of the Federation of Diocesan Liturgical Commissions [FDLC], Region 7 are: in Illinois – Belleville, Chicago, Joliet in Illinois, Springfield in Illinois; in Indiana – Evansville, Fort Wayne-South Bend, Gary, Indianapolis, Lafayette-in-Indiana.
