Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Catholic Charities Area Office, Springfield
Reports to: Area Director

Job Description

Catholic Charities is currently seeking qualified applicants for the Office Manager of the Springfield area office. General management of office as well as supervision of Receptionist and/or other employees as designated.  Organization of office will be a primary responsibility.  General knowledge of computer technology will be necessary. Some weekend and evening work as required.  Some travel may be necessary.

Job Qualifications

Qualified applicants should have at minimum

  1. High school / General education degree.
  2. Experience in general office procedures, management and supervisory issues, as well as beyond basic computer knowledge and abilities.
  3. Excellent office, clerical and computer skills necessary.
  4. Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
  5. Ability to accept direction and instructions and work cooperatively with a wide segment of people.
  6. Must have excellent organizational, written and verbal skills.
